Celebrate a preservation success with Cincinnati Preservation’s Young Preservationists at the historic Esquire Theatre in Clifton. Once nearly lost, this neighborhood gem was saved by community action, and tonight it’s ours to enjoy with a private screening of When Harry Met Sally (1989), the perfect fall classic about friendship and love.

 

Supported by the generosity of community contributions to the annual ArtsWave Campaign, the region’s primary source for arts funding.

Pedals & Preservation- Fall Edition 

The River

October 9, 2025

Meet at 5:45 PM / Ride departs at 6:15 PM and finish by 8-8:30 PM

 

Gather at the People Purple Bridge

This will be a guided ride along the River Cities to celebrate the River in Honor of River Roots and the beginning of America 250. This will be a shorter ride that will finish by about 7:15. 

These rides are free, open to the public, and designed to be accessible to a range of cycling abilities. So dust off your bike, invite a friend, and join us for a ride that brings Cincinnati’s stories to life — one pedal stroke at a time.

Docomomo Tour Day
Mater Dei Chapel at Mt. St Joseph University


Saturday, October 11th, 2025 10:00 a.m.

 

Join CF3 (Cincinnati Form Follow Function) and Cincinnati Preservation as we celebrate Docomomo Tour Day 2025 theme of Places of Worship by touring the amazing Mater Dei Chapel. Mater Dei Chapel was dedicated in 1962 and is the only Catholic college or University to have a chapel design and recreated by their faculty and undergraduate students. This impressive piece of architecture and art was entered into the National Register of Historic Places in 2024.
