All research is conducted by Ann Senefeld of Digging Cincinnati History, a respected historian and researcher with extensive experience uncovering Cincinnati’s architectural and community past. Anne brings a deep knowledge of archival sources, a passion for storytelling, and a keen eye for historical detail to every project.

Pricing

Our pricing is based on the building’s approximate year of construction (based on Auditor information) and the original use to reflect the complexity and availability of research materials:

• Built 1850 or earlier – Commercial/Multi-family $800; Single Family- $750
• Built 1851–1900 –Commercial/Multi-family $700; Single Family- $650
• Built 1901–1950 – Commercial/Multi-family $600; Single Family- $550
• Built after 1950 – $500

Turnaround time is typically 4–6 weeks, depending on the availability of records and project queue.
