SALARY: $20 – $24 per hour, 30 hours per week
GROWTH: Potential for position to transition into Full-time

Cincinnati Preservation Association (CPA) seeks a part-time Office Manager. The Office Manager provides support to the overall organization, ensuring that the office is running smoothly, responding to phone and email inquiries, executing mailings, and assisting with special events.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a high degree of discretion, integrity, poise and tact. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone, email, and interpersonal, and time management ability. A strong desire to work in a non-profit organization and interest in the preservation of historic resources is preferred of all applicants.
It’s preferred that candidates have an Associates or higher Degree and 3 years experience working in a professional organization. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office Suite (Word and Excel) and Google Mail and Calendar and Quickbook and database experience preferred. Strong written and oral communication skills and proofreading skill.
