NKY Restoration Weekend
May 13th | 9 – 4 p.m.
Newport Intermediate School

For over ten years, this FREE event has promoted historic preservation, rehabilitation, and sustainability. It also educates participants on proper methods and appropriate use of materials for historic buildings. CPA Executive Director, Beth Johnson, will present several sessions you won’t want to miss!


Preservation Bike Ride

Celebrate Bike and Preservation Month together by experiencing preservation from a new angle. Take a slow ride through our city’s historic streets, make new friends and get some exercise during this FREE event!

DOCOMOMO National Tour Day

DOCOMOMO is a non-profit organization dedicated to the documentation and conservation of buildings, sites and  neighborhoods with modern architecture and design.


Fall Forum Lecture

Every fall, CPA hosts a nationally renowned speaker who gives a lecture on a topic of local interest. The Fall Forum has historically taken place in the Netherlands Plaza’s Hall of Mirrors, one of the grandest ballrooms in the Midwest. More info coming soon!

CPA Members and Corporate Members are invited to tour our new homebase—the John Hauck House! Our Preservation Library and Resource Room will be unveiled, and together, we will marvel at recent renovations, showcase our new offices and celebrate preservation!

CPA Members and Corporate Members are invited to gather in celebration of Historic Preservation. Together, we’ll enjoy a reception at a local historic space and vote in new Board Members to continue carrying the preservation torch forward.

Exclusive to Cornerstone members, these events recognize the generosity of CPA’s donors and takes the opportunity to thank them for their support. It usually features an exclusive tour of a unique location followed by a reception with board members and staff leadership.
