POSITION OPENING: Office Manager
Cincinnati Preservation Association seeks a part-time Office Manager (20 hours per week). The Office Manager provides support to the overall organization, ensuring that the office is running smoothly, responding to phone and email inquiries, executing mailings, and assisting with special events.
Candidates must be detail-oriented, self-motivated, and have a high degree of discretion, integrity, poise and tact. Candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills, including telephone, email, and interpersonal, and time management ability. A strong desire to work in a non-profit organization and interest in the preservation of historic resources is preferred.
Candidates must have a minimum three years experience working in a professional organization. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office and Google Mail and Calendar are required. Experience in QuickBooks Pro Accounting software preferred.

POSITION OPENING: Outreach Manager
Cincinnati Preservation Association (CPA) seeks a full-time Outreach Manager. This key staff position is responsible for leading efforts in three areas: 1) marketing, promotion, and public engagement including membership; 2) event planning and management; and 3) public education. The person in this position will lead CPA’s brand and reputation management and tell the stories that connect people with historic places and the work of CPA.
Candidates must be professional, energetic, organized, and self-motivated, with the ability to work with committees and independently. A high degree of discretion, integrity, poise and tact is necessary. Candidates must possess excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills. A strong desire to work in a non-profit organization and interest in the preservation of historic resources is preferred.
Candidates must have a Bachelors Degree in Marketing or a related discipline and a minimum of three years successful experience in marketing and promotion. Experience in event planning and management and graphic design desirable. Advanced level skills in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and social media channels are required. Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.
