Cincinnati Preservation Association offers support to the
City of Cincinnati and the Greenacres Foundation
CPA would be pleased to work with the City of Cincinnati and the Greenacres Foundation as an advisor and to assist in rendering a deliverable development assessment for future reuse of the Gamble House. This proposed assessment will be sympathetic to the historic significance of the property but also outline an economically viable new use.
CPA encourages Greenacres to utilize us as a resource and to partner with us to work on a development plan that allows the opportunity for the Gamble House to contribute to our local economy. We would be happy to assist the Foundation in finding a use of the house compatible with their vision of outdoor education at the site and their utilization of the other historic outbuildings on the property.
